F-16, F-117, RQ-1 and CV-22 Avionics Systems Apprentice

You will operate the avionic systems on the above aircraft by using controls and displays to determine operational condition. You'll be trained in the operation of wiring diagrams and signal data flow. Some of the systems you'll be working on are attack control, radar, laser instruments, flight control, communication and navigation. You will also learn how to work with aerospace ground equipment (AGE), hand tools and electronic measuring equipment. This AFSC was previously done by three different specialties and is now combined into one complex skill. PAY CHART
