PHYSICIAN
What you’ll do
- Help develop and direct medical policies, programs and services
- Plan and prepare for medical operations
- Determine the personnel, equipment, training and facilities required to establish and sustain medical programs or operations
- Oversee medical operations and lead medical personnel
- Interpret test results and evaluate examination findings
- Perform, supervise and direct the delivery of clinical services in inpatient and outpatient settings

Basic Military Training

MILITARY TRAINING LOCATION
Maxwell AFB AL

Bachelor’s degree with a secured placement in medical school or medical degree with a secured placement in a residency program or have a Board Certification.

- Completion of Officer Training School (OTS), Air Force Academy (AFA) or Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC)
- Must be at least 17, but has not reached age 42 on the date of enlistment
