Cyber Warfare Operators in the Air Force develop, sustain and enhance cyberspace capabilities to defend national interests from attack. They manage cyber and information warfare operations both on base and at deployed locations while overseeing multiple operations units.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and direct personnel
  • Manage the execution of operations plans to ensure positive control of assigned resources
  • Evaluate operational effectiveness of communications, sensors, intrusion detection and related support equipment
  • Analyze national defense guidance and strategic objectives to create operational policies
  • Manage synchronization of cyberspace operations to establish situational awareness of both friendly and adversary operations
