01 Education Benefits
Ohio offers its Air National Guard members scholarships of up to 100 percent tuition at state colleges and universities.

02 MEDICAL BENEFITS
Ohio Air National Guard members on state-summoned active duty are eligible for reimbursement on medical expenses.

03 MISCELLANEOUS
Ohio Air National Guard veterans with honorable discharge status or who have transferred to the Reserves are entitled to 20 percent added credit on state civil service exams. Ohio state employees who serve in the Air National Guard get 22 days of military leave per year; those who earn less on active duty than at their state employment will be paid the difference. Air National Guard members also have exclusive access to distinctive auto plates.
