01 Education Benefits
South Carolina offers its Air National Guard members state tuition assistance up to $5,500 per academic year (4 year degree program) or up to $11,000 per academic year (2 year degree program).. This assistance can also be used toward academic certifications.

As a member of the South Carolina Air National Guard, you can deduct your drill pay from your state income taxes.
