Utah State Benefits
Air National Guard members are paid equally based on their rank and years of service. You’re also eligible for additional compensation based on your position and where you’re stationed.

01 Education
Eligible members are provided up to 100% of tuition and fees at Utah state public colleges and universities. In addition, the Utah Air National Guard offers a State Tuition Assistance program, which members can receive up to $6,000 per state fiscal year - not to exceed $250 per credit hour. Members pursuing a STEM-C degree program are allowed up to $7,000 per state fiscal year. As these two programs are state funded, members may be able to utilize their Montgomery GI Bill concurrently to maximize education benefits.
